Abstract
Thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) is an epithelial-cell–derived cytokine that may be important in initiating allergic inflammation. AMG 157 is a human anti-TSLP monoclonal immunoglobulin G2λ that binds human TSLP and prevents receptor interaction. Keywords
