Abstract
Magnetic and structural characterisation, including neutron diffraction and magnetotransport measurements, revealed a high Tc=422±5 K and a large magnetoresistance at room temperature (3.5% at 2 T), in close agreement with recent results. Nevertheless, our results seem to discard the existence of a ferrimagnetic state at low temperatures. A value of μFe=4.1±0.1 μB/f.u., μMo=0±0.1 μB/f.u. was obtained from neutron diffraction data. The results are explained considering electronic itineracy of the spin down t2g electrons. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
