Abstract
The concept of using distributed microwave coplanar sensors for non-destructive dielectric measurements is presented. Basic properties of electromagnetic wave propagation in a three-strip transmission line loaded with test dielectrics are discussed. The theory of coplanar sensors and the principles of their measurements are outlined and some experimental results are presented. Keywords
