Abstract
The most widely used medical method of terminating second-trimester pregnancy is the intravaginal administration of prostaglandin E2 (dinoprostone [PGE2]). This treatment is highly effective but is associated with severe gastrointestinal side effects and hyperpyrexia.Keywords
