Abstract
Treatment of urolithiasis within a pelvic kidney presents a technical challenge. We report an extraperitoneal laparoscopy-assisted percutaneous approach to access the lower-pole calix of a pelvic kidney for percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Keywords
