Abstract
In this issue of the Archives, Lee et al1 present the largest series of patients with reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome (RPLS) to date and a review of the literature. The first series of patients was reported in 1996, and this gives us an opportunity to review what we have learned about this condition since then, including the proposed alternate name posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome.2,3Keywords
