RESEARCH NOTES. PATTERNS OF INTEREST AROUND ISSUES: THE ROLE OF UNCERTAINTY AND FEASIBILITY.

Abstract
The article discusses a study which employed a management simulation to explore the kinds of contexts and types of issues attract the interests of strategic decision makers and managers. A discussion is presented regarding the extent of the relationship between levels of environmental uncertainty and perceived feasibility of resolving an issue. The author presents an analysis of the relationship between issue judgments and issue-related behavior. Details related to issue feasibility, interest, and diversity are presented.
