Abstract
A patient with hereditary neuropathy presented with asymmetric distal weakness. On nerve biopsy, there was demyelination and onion-bulb formation, and molecular analysis revealed that the patient was heterozygous for an MPZ mutation. The patient improved with corticosteroid treatment.Keywords
