The relevance of the research topic is that information and innovation technologies as a factor in improving the efficiency of economy and business in the context of globalization 4.0 represent a set of norms, values, views, technologies and algorithms of action, which underlie evolutionary changes that transform all spheres of activity. Information and innovation technologies in the form of innovations stimulate the development of business and local economies, contributing to improving the well-being of the population. The purpose of the article is to conceptualize information and computer technology as a factor in improving the efficiency of economy and business in the context of globalization 4.0. The objectives of the study are: 1) to discover how information and innovation technologies affect the digitilization of an increasing amount of information, goods and services; 2) to identify the place and role of information and innovation technologies as a powerful engine for population growth and well-being; 3) to show the impact of ICT on the development of the modern world. It is proved that information and innovation technologies as a factor of increasing the efficiency of economy and business in the conditions of globalization 4.0 and technological revolution 4.0 consist of a large set of algorithms that penetrate into digital management and form an information-oriented economy based on the intellectually creative component represented by human (intellectual) resources. Globalization 4.0 and the technological revolution 4.0 are accelerating all these processes and demanding their continuous implementation that will change the modern world. Scientific novelty - in the analysis of new problems and their structuring, which indicate that the information support of the development of modern technologies and technological processes makes our life more comfortable. The world of the future should be looked at today, as it is a world of innovators, breakthrough technological ideas, the "coming of robots" and artificial intelligence, nano-and biotechnologies that compete with the human brain and require a new mechanism of work motivation. Анотація. Актуальність теми дослідження в тому, що інформаційні та інноваційні технології як чинник підвищення ефективності економіки та бізнесу в умовах глобалізації 4.0 представляють сукупність норм, цінностей, поглядів, технологій та алгоритмів дії, в основі яких еволюційні зміни, що трансформують всі сфери діяльності. Інформаційні та інноваційні технології у вигляді інновацій стимулюють розвиток бізнесу і локальних економік, сприяючи підвищенню добробуту населення. Мета статті – концептуалізація інформаційно-комп’ютерних технологій як чинника підвищення ефективності економіки та бізнесу в умовах глобалізації 4.0. Завдання дослідження :1) розкрити, як впливають інформаційні та інноваційні технології на оцифрування все більшої кількості інформації, товарів і послуг; 2) виявити місце і роль інформаційних та інноваційних технологій як потужного двигуна росту і добробуту населення; 3). показати вплив ІКТ на розвиток сучасного світу. Доведено, що інформаційні та інноваційні технології як чинник підвищення ефективності економіки та бізнесу в умовах глобалізації 4.0 та технологічної революції 4.0 складаються з великої сукупності алгоритмів, що проникають у цифровий менеджмент і формують економіку інформаційно-орієнтованого типу, що базується на інтелектуально-креативній компоненті, представленою людськими (інтелектуальними) ресурсами. Глобалізація 4.0 та технологічна революція 4.0 прискорюють всі ці процеси та вимагають їх невпинного впровадження, що приведуть до змін сучасного світу. Наукова новизна – в аналізі нових проблем та їх структуруванні, які свідчать про те, що інформаційне забезпечення розвитку сучасних технологій та технологічних процесів робить наше життя більш комфортним. На світ майбутнього вже сьогодні слід дивитися іншими очима, так як це світ інноваторів, проривних технологічних ідей, «пришестя роботів» і штучного інтелекту, нано-і біотехнологій, що конкурують з людським мозком та вимагають нового механізму мотивації праці.
