Abstract
We consider a system consisting of a honeycomb lattice of magneto-optical resonators. We show that this system can be very well described by a tight-binding model. Moreover, when truncated, this system supports a one-way edge mode. We discuss the microscopic physics, linking the properties of the one-way edge modes to the corresponding bulk modes. Keywords
