Abstract
This paper presents a classical theory of Coulomb collisions, as a particular case of the previously published general theory of two-particle collisions. There are derived and presented explicitly, in the laboratory system of coordinates, both the energy and angular relations for two-particle collisions and the cross sections related to them. Apart from the exact formulas, approximations are obtained, which should prove to be both sufficiently exact for the majority of calculations and at the same time fairly simple, while emphasizing the main features of the Coulomb interaction. Keywords
