Abstract
When multiple sensor platforms are providing track information to the same central fusion node, targets will be misaligned due to the navigation errors of the sensor platforms. This registration can be easily compensated for once the proper assignments of target is made. In this paper, a novel approach to this association problem is developed using an image correlation technique that has been applied to kinematic tracking problems. The technique is based on a phase-only filter which compares two images based on the phase information of two images. Keywords
