Abstract
Recent research has led to greater understanding of the physiologic and cellular factors involved in the aging of laryngeal tissues, and concurrent advances in treatment promise improvements in clinical outcomes. This article reviews the current medical literature with respect to the age-related clinical and pathological changes in the larynx leading to presbyphonia.Keywords
