Abstract

Les pays du Maghreb et du Moyen-Orient ont bénéficié récemment d'importants investissements arabes dans l'immobilier. De nouvelles configurations professionnelles ont émergé alliant expertise locale et expertise internationale pour la définition des projets et la commercialisation. Deux cas sont étudiés en particulier : Solidere, la société chargée de la reconstruction du centre de Beyrouth et le projet de marina en bordure de la casbah de Casablanca. L'expertise des architectes-urbanistes français est très sollicitée. New professional partnerships combining local and international expertise have emerged to define and promote such projects.
