Abstract
Urethral steinstrasse is rare. Only a few cases of spontaneous or postinterventional urethral steinstrasse have been reported in pediatric and adult patients. We report a case of a 52‐year‐old Nigerian man with a secondary urethral steinstrasse, and the treatment options possible, as day case procedures, under caudal anesthesia. Keywords
