Abstract
A healthy 33-year-old woman comes to establish care. She has no breast symptoms, her age at menarche was 14 years, and she has no children. She notes a family history of early-onset breast cancer in her sister, mother, and maternal aunt. Her maternal grandfather died of prostate cancer.
