Abstract
Protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTPs) are a family of signal transduction enzymes that dephosphorylate phosphotyrosine containing proteins. Structural and kinetic studies provide a molecular understanding of how these enzymes regulate a wide range of intracellular processes.Keywords
