Abstract
A 75-y-old woman with breast cancer presented with bacteremia due to Comamonas testosteroni. Evolution was favorable following adapted antimicrobial therapy and removal of a central venous catheter. This germ seems to be a rare pathogen; as reported in the literature, it is mostly encountered in patients with predisposing factors. Keywords
