Abstract
In this paper, we will demonstrate the power of a spreadsheet programme as a prototyping environment for customised DSSs. Abilities of a spreadsheet programme for both visualisation and optimisation will be made clear through the study of the Power Agents System. Power Agents System involves digital pictures and complex graphs. Both of which can be included and modified in the application by the use of the default features of a spreadsheet programme. The capacity of using multiple worksheets in one workbook of a spreadsheet programme will be especially useful in the construction of different user screens containing applications. Keywords
