Abstract
Current evidence suggests that the incidence of recreational nitrous oxide inhalation is on the rise. Due to the possibility of clinically significant myelopathy, as well as potential response to treatment, it is important to consider this diagnosis when appropriate. We present a case of acquired ataxia and myelopathy due to nitrous oxide abuse and discuss diagnosis, pathophysiology, and response to treatment. Keywords
