Abstract
A procedure is developed for the determination of glyphosate and aminomethylphosphonic acid in surface water and vegetable oil by means of capillary zone electrophoresis with preliminary derivatization with phenylisothiocyanate and UV-detection. The analytical ranges are 0.05–10 mg/L, the detection limits for glyphosate and aminomethylphosphonic acid make 0.005 and 0.02 mg/L, respectively. The analysis takes 1–2 hours, the relative standard deviation of the results of analysis does not exceed 7%.Keywords
