Abstract
At present, there are several theoretical assumptions that the rotation of the plasma–dust structures in the striation in a magnetic field can be caused by the presence of a number of irregularities. In this paper one of the irregularities, such as the influence of the edge effect at the ends of the solenoids on the rotational motion of plasma–dust structures in the stratum of the glow discharge, was experimentally investigated. Keywords
