Electromagnetic Radiation from Anisotropic Turbulent Plasma

Abstract
The radiation spectrum from an anisotropic turbulent plasma is found to have a definite relationship to the turbulence spectrum. The intensity of such a radiation is estimated to be significantly greater than that expected from a scattering experiment.Keywords
