Abstract
A case report is presented of a patient with bilateral pneumothoraces and spontaneous pneumomediastinum associated with ecstasy use. Pneumothorax and spontaneous pneumomediastinum should be considered in an ecstasy user who complains of chest pain, neck pain or shortness of breath.Keywords
