Abstract
A juxtaglomerular cell tumor or reninoma is a very rare renin-secreting tumor of the kidney and can be an unusual cause of secondary hypertension. We report a case of recurrence of this uncommon tumor at the hilum of left kidney in an 8-year-old male child. Keywords
