Abstract
Thermally activated electric conduction has been measured for carbon nanotubes lying on coplanar electrodes. Linear current-voltage characteristics suggest that the measured activation energies ranging from 0.03 to 0.13 eV reflect the characteristics of semiconducting nanotubes. The activation energies are discussed in terms of the diameters of nanotubes with high yields. Keywords
