Abstract
The emission of in ternary cold neutronless spontaneous fission of is observed with the Gammasphere consisting of 72 detectors. The ray corresponding to the decay of the first state in is observed in coincidence with the rays of the fission partners of and . The yield to the first excited state of in the split is the order of per 100 fission events.
