Abstract
A novel case of laparoscopic repair of a diaphragmatic hernia through the foramen of Morgagni in a 5-year-old boy is reported. The patient had a prompt and complete recovery, with no evidence of recurrence noted at 1 year after surgery. Laparoscopic repair is considered to be a suitable and safe procedure for the treatment of Morgagni hernia. Keywords
