Abstract
The United States has jurisdiction over several unincorporated territories, including the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the US Virgin Islands. These US territories are home to almost 5 million residents, almost all of whom self-identify as racial/ethnic minorities.1Keywords
