Abstract
Reproductive issues should be discussed with transpeople and especially the loss of fertility following treatment. Semen banking should be offered to transwomen, and although ovarian tissue freezing is easy to perform in transmen, future possibilities using this tissue after thawing are uncertain. Oocyte or embryo freezing is technically a more realistic option but will not be desired by most transmen. Keywords
