Abstract

Influenza causes annual epidemics of respiratory illness worldwide and is the most important cause of medically attended acute respiratory illness.^1,2 Moreover, there is increasing concern about the recently declared influenza pandemic due to 2009 influenza A(H1N1) in humans.^3-5
