Abstract
This brief aims to design a floating memcapacitor emulator that can be practically applied in electronic circuits. A memritive circuit making use of analog components is proposed and then transformed into a flux-controlled floating memcapacitor emulator, of which the realization is on the basis of four current conveyor chips. To confirm the effectiveness and correctness, this proposed emulator is theoretically analyzed and experimentally tested as connected in an R-C frequency selection network. All the simulation results and experiment waveforms provide conclusive evidences to validate the outstanding performance of this new memcapacitor emulator.Keywords
