Abstract
A gracilis muscle flap can be used to close a rectourethral fistula caused by operative trauma and radiation. The flap is rotated easily into the perineum, brings vascularized muscle to irradiated and/or traumatized tissue and is a mechanical barrier between the urethra and the rectum.This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
