Abstract
Xanthine oxidase and dehydrogenase activities were determined in blood serum of normal and CCl4-poisoned rats. Single injections of 0.1 ml CCl4/100g activate the enzyme reaching the highest values 20-25 hours after the injection. In vitro activation was also noted.Keywords
