COR BILOCULARE

Abstract
A 5-year-old child at time of death had dyspnea, cyanosis, clubbing, slight polycythemia and a continuous murmur. There was transposition of the abdominal viscera. The ecg. showed evidence of right ventricular hypertrophy and right axis deviation. Pulmonary artery atresia and a patent ductus arteriosus were found. The postmortem showed a single atrium, common a-v orifice, and a single ventricle.
