PolyAna (available at http://www.biol.sc.edu/~austin/) aids in the analysis of natural selection on protein-coding sequences by estimating sample gene diversity at individual polymorphic nucleotide sites, which are classified as synonymous, non-synonymous, or ambiguous.Keywords
