Contributions to the biology of xylobiont limoniid flies of the genus Libnotes (Diptera, Limoniidae) with description of immature stages

Abstract

Data on the biology of xylobiont limoniid flies of the genus Libnotes (Diptera, Limoniidae) are given. Larvae and pupae of L. kariyana (Alex.), L. infumosa Sav., and L. longistigma Alex. are described for the first time. The descriptions of L. ladogensis (Lack.) and L. undulata Mats. are supplemented. A key to immature stages of five species is given.
