Abstract
The child does not take any medications, vitamins, or herbs, excluding the recently prescribed permethrin and trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole. There have been no sick contacts to report and no household members have had a similar rash. The patient has no pets in the home, and there has been no recent travel.Keywords
