Abstract
We report the association of an intra-epidermal blistering disease of the skin with colitis. Both the skin and large bowel epithelium were infiltrated by neutrophils and eosinophils, and showed intra-epithelial deposition of IgA in an intercellular pattern. The colitis and the blisters responded well to treatment with dapsone. Keywords
