Abstract
Influenza-associated morbidity and mortality increase with age, especially for individuals with high-risk conditions.1,2 The estimated impact of annual influenza epidemics on morbidity and mortality on elderly persons and the effectiveness of influenza vaccination have been the basis for implementing nationwide influenza vaccination programs for elderly individuals.3This publication has 15 references indexed in Scilit:
