Photo rate coefficients based on wavelength dependent solar photon flux at 1 AU heliocentric distance have been determined for atomic hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen, and for some molecules formed from these elements. Branching ratios are considered for the various modes of decay of these molecules. Rates for some metastable states have been estimated. 107 references.
