Abstract
The combination of light-sheet microscopy and localization-based super-resolution imaging allows deep subdiffraction resolution imaging in thick scattering specimens as demonstrated by three-dimensional super-resolution imaging of proteins in live 150-[mu]m-diameter cell spheroids.Keywords
