Abstract
A dual-layer frequency selective surface with polarization-insensitive absorptive/transmissive property was designed in this paper. By inserting several parallel LC resonance structures into a metallic ring, a transparent window at high frequency of X band can be achieved. And over the lower band, wideband absorption is realized by loading lumped resistors. Keywords
