Time-resolved picosecond optical nonlinearity in semiconductor-doped glass

Abstract

Time-resolved measurements of the optical nonlinearity in a semiconductor-doped glass reveal an unsaturated 15 Ps FWHM impulse response with a peak-to-background contrast of more than 10.
