Convenient Synthesis of Sorafenib and Its Derivatives

Abstract
This article describes a convenient synthesis of sorafinib and its derivatives from phenyl carbamates in good yields. This procedure, avoiding toxic phosgene, is especially suitable for large-scale preparation.Keywords
