Long-Range Order in Superfluid Helium

Abstract
Fluctuations in the phase of the condensate wave function appearing in the single-particle Green's function for a condensed Bose system are examined in one, two, and three dimensions. The results indicate that at nonzero temperatures, long-range order will appear only in three dimensions.Keywords
