Abstract
But de l’étude : La détermination du statut ganglionnaire est essentielle dans le pronostic des cancers du sein. Grâce à un diagnostic de plus en plus précoce, la dissection du creux axillaire est plus souvent libre de tout envahissement tumoral. La question de l’utilité d’un curage ganglionnaire complet dans les tumeurs mammaires T0–T1 peut être posée. Le but de cette étude était d’évaluer la technique du ganglion sentinelle dans la thérapeutique des tumeurs mammaires T0–T1.Keywords
