Abstract
A massive lymphatic leak developed following radical retroperitoneal lymph node dissection for recurrent extragonadal seminoma. Chylous ascites persisted for over 3 months, with an average daily external drainage of 1.5 liters, and was successfully treated with a peritoneovenous shunt.Keywords
