Industry heavyweights Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Sun Microsystems, BEA Systems and webMethods, have signed on to support VeriSign’s open standard-based framework that will let these vendors and others add security and authentication services to their Web services development tools.
