Abstract
The problem of identifiability, i.e. of the uniqueness of the solution of the identification problem, is a difficult and awkward one. This paper deals with a case of a non-stationary linear system. A very general local uniqueness condition is given, which becomes an identifiability criterion, in particular when the state vector is completely observable, but also for other subsets of linear systems. A particular example is given
